Q: How do I cancel and get a refund?

As stated on our Cancellation and Refund policy which can be found on our Terms & Conditions, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 7 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called a “Cancellation Period”.

Please note that if you redeem your voucher or access your course during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and receive any refund for it.

In case you decide to cancel your purchase of a course, it can be done in the following way:

By filling out and submitting the form in CONTACT US, select the Query Type ‘Cancellation & Refund’ and provide the reason as to why you are requesting a refund. Please provide exact details which you provided at the time of registration as mentioned: Course Name, Full Name, Email Address, and Order Number (if applicable).

If a course is booked or held and a request to cancel is received within the 7 days period then this will be fully granted. Once a course has been accessed or redeemed, we cannot grant a refund. Please ensure you have the correct course before ordering. In addition, course vouchers must be used within 48 hours of being emailed to you. If you cancel the purchase of a course within 7 calendar days, we will fully refund your payment.

Customers will be notified of the outcome of their refund request within 3 working days.


Q: How do I verify my certificate?

Certificate verification is applicable for all the Accredited courses offered by us. To verify your certificate, click here.


Q: How will I receive my certificate for certification focused courses?

Upon successful completion of a course, a printable electronic certificate of completion is automatically generated in PDF format. You can download and print this certificate at any time.

Upon successful completion, a printable electronic certificate is automatically generated in PDF format with the logos of the accrediting bodies. You can download and print this certificate at any time.


Q: What should I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten the password for your Accredited course login, click on the blue login button and then click on the link next to ‘Forgot your password?’

If you have forgotten the password for your Certification Focused course login, click on the orange login button and then click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link.


Q: How do I access the course?

After purchasing any Accredited course you will have instant access. To create a new account or use an existing one, you can click on the blue login button or click here, and get started right away.

After purchasing any Certification Focused course, you will receive a redeemable voucher code via email within 24 hours of purchasing the course. Course vouchers must be used within 48 hours of being emailed to you. To create a new account or use an existing one, you can click on the orange login button or click here, and enter your voucher code for instant access.


Q: How do I pay for a course?

You can pay using PayPal or with a credit/debit card via Stripe. We accept payments made through PayPal, and all major credit and debit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, and American Express.


Q: Can I access your course at any time?

Yes, once you have purchased the course, it can be accessed at any time throughout the day, meaning you can study at your own pace and at your own convenience.


Q: Do your courses work on any device?

Yes, you can purchase and access any of our courses using any electronic device such as a computer, mobile phone, or tablet, provided you have an internet connection.


Q: Is there any time limit to complete your courses?

No, there is no time limit to complete any of our courses, you can freely study whenever you want and at your own pace. However, regarding the Accredited courses, if you do not pass a course module on the third attempt you will not be able to access the course, in this case, just fill in and submit the form on the contact us page, call our office on 020 7566 3975 or email [email protected] in order to request a reset. Only 3 resets per course are allowed, and then the course must be re-purchased.

On the other hand, for Certification Focused courses, after purchasing, you can retake the course as many times as you wish with full access for 12 months.


Q: How many CPD points will I receive after completion of your accredited course?

The general rule is that every 1 hour of learning is equal to 1 CPD point. You can find out how long each course is expected to take as well as how many CPD Units each course is offering by visiting the relevant course page.


Q: Are your courses accredited & certified?

Yes, all of our courses under the Accredited course category are certified and approved by official approving bodies such as CPD (Continuing Professional Development), among others. Additionally, to find out the accreditation of each Accredited course, please visit the relevant course page.


Q: Can I try the courses before buying?

Yes, we are only offering Free Trials for all Accredited courses. To register and get access to the first module of all of our available Accredited courses click here.


Q: Why are there two separate login buttons?

We are offering two different course categories which include Accredited courses, these are all the courses shown in blue, and the blue login button is used for access to these courses, and Certification Focused courses, these are all the courses shown in orange and the orange login button is used for access to these courses.
